Those first minutes, hours, and days with your newborn are the beginning of a beautiful story, and I am always drawn to the story! Life with your newborn is the beginning of one of life’s most beautiful love stories, and such a fleeting time. I am truly passionate about documenting this time in life for your in both still images and video storytelling.

I offer different types of session options for families, so that you are able to choose what works best for you and your family.

Fresh 48 sessions take place in either your birth place setting, or your home within the first 24 to 48 hours following your birth. They are lifestyle in nature and focus on documenting all of those new features, and the connections that are unique between you and your new baby. These are a great option for families that truly want to capture all those new features and moments you never want to forget such as skin to skin, breastfeeding, siblings meeting for the first time, and perfectly new features unique to your baby. These are typically photographed and filmed within the first 24-48 hours of your baby’s birth and are photographed and filmed in the comfort of your hospital room or home.

Newborn sessions are documented in the comfort of your own home. As a lifestyle newborn photographer, I believe this is where your memories are made. My focus is not on posing your newborn, but rather focusing on your newborns unique details, those squishy cheeks and lips, wrinkly toes and fingers, and all those features you want to bottle up forever. I will direct you into interactions with each other, and focus on that connection and love that makes you the family that you are.

We will use your home’s spaces that mean the most to you, great ideas are your newborn’s nursery, your bedroom, and any area that has beautiful and natural light.
