Client Contract- Families 2018

The below signed client agrees to enter into the following agreement with Lisa Weingardt, owner of Little Loo Photography, hereby referred to as “photographer”. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between both parties and will apply to all future transactions.

Deposit and Pricing:
Client agrees to pay the photographer a non-refundable deposit of $150 due at the time of booking. This deposit will secure the clients appointment date, time, and pricing. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of a family session, with the full balance due the day of the clients family session. If the client must cancel their scheduled appointment, the deposit can be applied to a future session with Little Loo Photography.

-$700 for a one hour family session either indoors, or in the clients home.

-50+ hand edited images as digital download and on custom USB.

 -includes an 8×8 custom designed photo book of your favorite images from our session.

Reshoots:
 Re-shoots and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, please notify the photographer as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Res-shoots will not be rescheduled for poor clothing choices, make-up, hair, orr by not following the recommendations of the photographer.

Images:

The client will have a gallery of fully edited images in a private, password protected online gallery within 2-3 weeks of the client’s session.  The client can expect a minimum of 50 fully edited images. The photographer chooses the images included in the clients gallery with great care. Images that are not included in the client’s gallery are not available for viewing. Any requests for additional editing of client’s images after the posting of their gallery may require an additional fee to be determined by the photographer.

Model Releases:

The photographer kindly asks that you sign a model release to permit the photographer to use images from the client’s session on the photographers website/ blog, and in the marketing of her business. Facebook sneak peeks are available by client request.

Copyright and Penalty:
 A print release is included with all digital files and enables the client to print portraits for personal use. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, or otherwise steal any image from the Little Loo website, blog, or Facebook page, or other social media sites without prior purchase of that image. If the client does obtain an image by this method they will be invoiced the cost of each image at the photographer’s current pricing. Lisa Weingardt of Little Loo Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during the client’s session.

Additional Information:

Cameras and video cameras are not permitted on location during the client session without prior permission.

I hereby give permission for Lisa Weingardt and Little Loo Photography to absolute right and permission with respect to the photographs that she has taken of my minor child and family members:

– To copyright the same photographer’s name or any other name that she may select

-To use my name or my family and/or child’s name in connection with his/her images if she chooses

I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.

This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of legal representatives, licensees and assigns of the photographer as well as the person(s) for whom she took the photographs.

I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents thereof. I represent that I am the parent/guardian of the above named model. For value received, I hereby consent to the foregoing on his/her behalf.
